Feller Law has substantial expertise in FERC, advising clients on a broad range of regulatory and transactional matters in the electricity and natural gas sectors, including mergers and acquisitions, development of renewable energy projects, transmission, natural gas pipeline, electric reliability, and compliance issues. Ms. Feller has successfully obtained qualifying facility status, exempt wholesale generator status, and Market-Based Rate Authorization for numerous clients.

Ms. Feller is a former Attorney Advisor with the Office of Administrative Law Judges at the FERC and spent several years practicing energy law in large law firms in both Washington, DC and New York City. Ms. Feller draws on her experience practicing before FERC, state utility commissions, regional transmission organizations, independent system operators, and NERC, among other entities, to ensure that her clients obtain the results-driven representation they deserve.
