We advocate on behalf of retail suppliers to resolve distribution issues at the utility level, purchase of receivables transactions, and distribution side issues. We also assist in preparing applications to serve customers in utility territories throughout NYISO, PJM, and ISO-NE territories.
Representative matters include petitioning the NYPSC for recalculation of overcharges and for adjustments of POR payments.
