We work with our clients to set up flat-rate monthly retainers and fixed-rate fees for many of our services. We clearly define the scope of service to keep costs predictable and ultimately allow you to focus on your business. Depending on your circumstances, we can accommodate a traditional hourly billing structure or a hybrid structure of flat fees and hourly billing as well.
Essential Filing Services
If it meets the needs of your company, you can enroll in our Essential Filing Services program, whereby our regulatory staff is trained to file federal and state applications and compliance filings for a low flat fee. Companies with in-house regulatory counsel seeking assistance with filings, or small start-ups, are examples of entities that may benefit from this program.
