Veronica is a highly motivated and dedicated compliance professional with experience in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, sales, and project management in the retail energy industry. With over a decade of experience, she has developed a strong ability to conduct research and analysis to ensure compliance with reporting requirements while implementing processes to improve performance and efficiency.
 
Before joining Feller Law, she held compliance and sales leadership roles with other retail suppliers and worked closely with sales teams to implement compliance measures, review telemarketing and door-to-door sales practices, and develop audits to support new campaigns. Her expertise in monitoring and enhancing compliance programs helps drive operational integrity and regulatory adherence.
 
Outside work, Veronica enjoys traveling and exploring new food experiences, and she has a passion for fitness.
