Michelle, a seasoned veteran in the Retail Energy space, has lengthy knowledge of state and utility compliance, licensing requirements and maintenance, complaint handling, contract drafting, and maintenance.  Michelle previously served for nine years as a Senior Compliance Paralegal and Corporate Secretary for a large energy retail supplier.  Michelle developed and led a team that ensured the company was compliant with federal, state and local regulations, multiple legal entity formations and maintenance, regulatory and utility licensing and maintenance, as well as its regulatory point of contact for over 60 utilities across 12 states.  Michelle's experience includes mergers and acquisitions, class action lawsuits and settlement handling of regulatory matters.
