Lindsay is an experienced energy industry professional, currently serving as an Analyst for Federal & State Regulatory Affairs at Feller Law Group. Since joining the firm in 2014, Lindsay has played a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s supplier and broker clients on a variety of regulatory matters.

Specializing in regulatory compliance, market entry, and complaint resolution, Lindsay assists clients in navigating the complexities of federal, state, regional, and utility markets within the deregulated competitive retail energy industry. She brings extensive experience in guiding both emerging and established energy companies through market entry processes, regulatory audits, and investigations, as well as maintaining compliance with the full spectrum of energy regulations. Lindsay oversees FLG’s EQR compliance service and routinely prepares EQRs for numerous electric suppliers. Lindsay's knowledge of FERC matters is supported by over ten years of experience in preparing market-based rate applications, notice filings, and other FERC submissions.
